Duke was the result of a multi-state quest for a buck in 2003. He came to live with us as a kid, and has grown into a gentle giant. More importantly, though, he throws consistency in his kids, with great length, strong toplines and beautiful, highly-productive udders. Duke's daughters have consistently done well in the show ring, first as kids, with many earning dry legs, and now as milkers, with 3 finished daughters (CH Chazberry Lane Sweet Caroline, GCH Chazberry Lane Sweet Emotion 2*M and CH Chazberry Lane Sweet Dreams) 2 finished grand daughters. (CH Chazberry Lane Finding Me Moe and GCH Chazberry Lane Quasi Moe Doe 3*M), a finished paternal half sister (CH King-Farm Lita's Dream Excess) and a few others nearing their permanent championship (daughters Chazberry Lane DD Dilemma, Chazberry Lane Liktoria's Luna and Chazberry Lane DJ Jackie have 2 champion legs each). Daughters Chazberry Lane DD Dilemma, Chazberry Lane Sweet Emotion, Chazberry Lane Liktoria's Luna and granddaughter Chazberry Lane Quasi Moe Doe earned their milking stars in 2006 on a one-day test. Though we originally thought Duke had outlived his usefulness in our herd, his progeny has proven its worth and Duke seems to have earned a permanent home here. Doc was purchased at the 2005 ADGA Spotlight Sale and was used on 2 does for '06 kids. His doe kids, Cindy & Drizzy are beautiful, correct does. Macabre was the 5th place senior yearling at the 2004 ADGA National show, and as a 2 year old was 1st place every time shown. Victor (FS 91 EEE) was the 2004 ADGA National Show premier Sire and the sire of the 2003 ADGA National GCH & BU. We used Tommy heavily in 2006, and have been more than happy with his kids, with Qtip, Carlita, Layla and Lilo all easily earning their dry legs. Now we can't wait to see those Tommy udders!
